Meet the Doctors
Dr. Frank Grosso
Dr. Frank Grosso has been practicing dentistry in Maryland about 40 years serving the Walkersville, Eldersburg, and Libertytown areas. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1981 with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Mount St. Mary’s College. Dr. Grosso obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1986 as he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. While still practicing in private practice, he spent many years as a clinical instructor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Grosso is a member of the Maryland State Dental Association and enjoys participating in continuing education annually.
Originally from Bethpage, Long Island, New York, he has resided in Maryland since 1977 and has lived in Eldersburg since 1987. He has been happily married to his wife, Barb, for many wonderful years, and has three children: Joe, Katie, and Christi. He spends much of his time dedicated to family, especially actively playing with and cheering on his eight grandchildren. Dr. Grosso makes the effort to visit family in New York monthly, volunteering several hours to playing the piano and singing for the members of his mother’s assisted living facility when he goes. He also enjoys being very active in his community including participating with the music ministry at St. Joseph Catholic Church and being a past volunteer sponsor and coach for Freedom Optimist Soccer. His hobbies include racquetball, playing the accordion and piano, exploring new places, and water activities such as scuba diving.
Dr. Katie Grosso
Dr. Katie Grosso grew up right here in Eldersburg, MD. She fell in love with the world of dentistry during the several years she worked at her father’s practices prior to becoming a dentist herself. Dr. Katie obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Towson University as a Chemistry and Biochemistry double major. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Katie has previously participated in a missions trip to Honduras and given dental exams to military and underinsured communities. She stays involved with dental associations, and enjoys the process of always learning by participating in plenty of continuing education annually.
Dr. Katie strongly believes in giving her time and enjoys giving back to her community through providing quality dental care, participating in career days at the local schools, providing mock interviews for high schoolers, continuing volunteer work, and participating in community events. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, especially with her husband, Ryan, and two boys, Wyatt and Weston. They like to be outdoors caring for vegetable and flower gardens, tending to their bee hives, and playing in the dirt with tractors and trucks.
Dr. Ben Brigoli
Dr. Ben Brigoli has been a Maryland native since 1994. He went to Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore then obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2022.
Dr. Ben believes that it is important to give back to the community. One way he does this is by volunteering at food drives, specifically, Our Daily Bread in Baltimore.
When Dr. Ben is not working with patients, you can find him playing golf with his wife, Sarice. If the weather outside is not great, you can find him playing videogames on his custom-built PC or cuddling with his two cats, Lola and Winston. He also enjoys indulging in delicious food, exploring new restaurants, and trying different cuisines.
